Not many people expect to see Volvo's racing around the country, but I assure you that they are and they have a good
reputation.

The BTCC was the main arena for Volvo over the past 6 years but now they have pulled out (temporarily) until 200, you will 
not see or hear much of them in motorsport.

The main scene now is at club level with the various championships across the country.

The Volvo Owners Club (UK) runs a Speed Championship every year, with Volvo's competing all over the country for various 
titles.  It cost a minimal amount to race (around £50 per race) and your car doesn't have to be tuned or modified in any
way.
